Service Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Deposits may be required to begin work
• Progress payments may be requested for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Scheduling and Delays

We strive to meet all scheduled completion dates. However, delays may occur due to weather, parts availability, discovered issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure aircraft is properly prepared for service as instructed
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain current aircraft registration and insurance
• Comply with all applicable aviation regulations
• Remove personal items and secure valuable equipment

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of two (2) years from completion date. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents or misuse
• Environmental damage
• Modifications by others
• Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of correcting defective work. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Safety and Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and industry standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring their aircraft meets all regulatory requirements before and after service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
